At Exchangellhedgef, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Lumivor. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy complies with European consumer protection laws, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) where applicable to distance contracts, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Norway.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
2.1 Your Rights
As a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email, letter, or contact form) before the withdrawal period expires.
2.2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back.
2.3 Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy (beyond the 14-day withdrawal period), items must be:
- Unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- In the same condition as when you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned (except in case of defects):
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Products that have been partially consumed
For hygiene-sensitive sealed goods, the right of withdrawal may be limited once the seal is broken, in line with applicable law; where the law allows withdrawal despite opening, we may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
4.1 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to:
- A replacement product at no additional cost
- A full refund if replacement is not possible
- Reimbursement of return shipping costs
4.2 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:
- Document the damage with photographs
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep the original packaging for inspection if requested
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4.3 Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, we will send the correct product and arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided
- Step 5: Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay processing.
6. Refund Process
6.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving the return
- Refund issuance: Within 14 days of approval
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank
6.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
6.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery (but within 30 days) that show signs of use
- Products where the original packaging or accessories are missing
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
8. Shipping Costs
- Withdrawal within 14 days: Original delivery cost refunded (standard delivery rate only). Return shipping paid by customer.
- Defective/damaged products: Full shipping costs covered by us
- Returns beyond 14-day withdrawal: Return shipping paid by customer
- Our error (wrong item sent): Full shipping costs covered by us
9. Order Cancellation
9.1 Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If we can stop the shipment, you will receive a full refund.
9.2 After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item once received according to our return policy.

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable laws, including:
